Petra Meterc

Petra Meterc is a critic and translator. For years, she was also active at the Radio Študent radio station (in the culture and humanism newsroom), where she, among other things, prepared the literary radio show Tu pa tam (Here and There) for seven years. She translates from Polish and English, publishes her literary translations in magazines and book volumes. She writes literary and mainly film reviews, regularly publishes in the Ekran magazine and collaborates with the culture newsroom of the ARS radio programme as a journalist. She is a member of the Slovenian branch of the International Federation of Film Critics FIPRESCI and the winner of the Ekran magazine award for best young film critic (2020).
