Graham Bell Tornado

Graham Bell Tornado (they/their) is a transgender artist with a PhD (with distinction) in Artistic Production and Research. Their work explores the connections between gender and ecology from a queer perspective. Their experimental and transdisciplinary practice is based on live art and includes video, music, and graphic art. Their performances and video-art have been shown in festivals and exhibitions at the Venice Biennale, ICA (London), CCCB and MACBA (Barcelona), Zinegoak (Bilbao), Border Cultural Centre (Mexico, CDMX), and IVAM (Valencia). Since 2009, they have been organising exhibitions, workshops and conferences as part of La Erreria (House of Bent), a queer ecotransfeminist art collective and space.
