KATARINA MOOTICH

Born in Belgrade, Katarina Mootich began her fashion training in 1991 with a scholarship to the Marangoni Institute for Fashion Design in Milan. From 1997 she studied in London at Cordwainers College and in 2003 was appointed designer for Lanvin’s Autumn/Winter 2003 and Spring/Summer 2003 women’s footwear collections. Her own label Mootich won the New Generation Award three times. Katarina’s work has been exhibited widely, the most recently in Lingering Whispers at Crypt of St Pancras Church in London, 2010. She lives and works between London and China.
