Kathron

Kathron started her creative journey as a DJ in 2018 as a part of the Cooltura Electronica collective. In her sets, she interweaves abstract heavy marches and hypnotic melodies, while sharpening her eardrums as a sound technician at Radio Študent. She came into contact with modular synthesis thanks to the workshop led by Ida Hiršenfelder and recently debuted her first live act for the Clockworks Voltage community. At the City of Women festival, she will introduce her vison of moving through space with sound, using a VCV program, breaking rhythm with the help of digital synthesis and exploring the transition from one emotional state into another.
