Mara Verna

Mara Verna has travelled extensively to produce public art and live art documents. She has participated in numerous exhibitions, festivals, residencies, and conferences in Canada and internationally, namely South Africa, France, Germany, Mexico, and the U.K. The site-specific nature of her practice revolves around issues of representation and hypotheses of otherness, in the struggle to challenge where art is located and for whom it is intended. This is her first production in Slovenia.
