Myriam Laplante

Born in what is today Bangladesh in 1954, and currently based in Italy, the Canadian artist Myriam Laplante is in the third decade of an artistic journey which has taken her around the world. She also presents herself as performance artist, and has been using installations and photography since 1992. Laplante has been working with the Black Market International group since 2001, whilst her works are also in the permanent collections of various museums worldwide. Milijana Babić
