Nina Meško

Nina Meško lives and works in Ljubljana, Slovenia, and has been a dancer and choreographer for more than ten years, and has gained her dance education at numerous workshops both at home and abroad. She spent a year perfecting her knowledge at various dance studios in New York (Movement Research, Dance Space, Merce Cunningham Studio) where she also presented some shorter pieces (Dixon Place, Judson Church, Joyce Soho…). All her projects (Watching Alice, 13 Hours in April, Little school of Flying, Deep Show, What a Feeling, The State of Things) exhibit an articulated conceptual structure and strong interest in experiment. They have been presented at many venues around the world including Vienna, Prague, Dubrovnik, New York, Zagreb and Ljubljana.
