Safe working environment within temporary group settings

With the goal of exchanging good practices and addressing common challenges in 2025, we are starting a cycle of meetings for women workers in support professions in culture. Open moderated meetings will take place once a month and are themed.

The second meeting, dedicated to ensuring a safe working environment, will take place on Thursday, February 20, 2025, between 10:00 and 12:00.

Thematic meetings follow: tools and methods for administrative relief (March 20, 2025); well-being and prevention of burnout (April 24, 2025); organization of sustainable cultural events (22 May 2025); effective communication in dispersed teams (June 19, 2024); well-being and prevention of burnout (September 18, 2025); presenting the effects of the activities of cultural organizations on the wider society (November 27, 2025). As long as space permits, they will take place in the office of the City of Women at Metelkova 6 (2nd floor).  In case of a change in the date of the meetings, we will inform about it in the newsletter and via online platforms.
