Stacy Makishi

Hawaiian-born Stacy Makishi, who moved to Britain, is active within a broader artistic field: she is involved in site-specific installations, live art, physical theatre, performance, video installations, and writes as well. As one of the artistic directors of the runt group engaged in multimedia art, Stacy Makishi has presented her works at numerous cultural centres mainly in the USA and Europe, including the ICA (London), the Walker Art Center (Minneapolis) and Franklin Furnace Archive (New York).
