ANOCHA SUWICHAKORNPONG

Born in Thailand in 1976, Anocha Suwichakornpong graduated from the MFA film program at Columbia University, New York. Graceland is her thesis film, which went on to become the first Thai short to be officially selected at the Cannes Film Festival (Cinéfondation). Anocha is currently developing another feature-length script, entitled Jao Nok Krajok (The Sparrow), which has received the Hubert Bals Fund Award from the International Film Festival Rotterdam.
