Jasmina Husanović

Jasmina Husanović (she/her) is a Full Professor of Cultural and Gender Studies at the University of Tuzla, Bosnia and Herzegovina. She earned her PhD in 2003 at the Aberystwyth University, UK. Her research interests and publications are in the field of cultural and political theory dealing with the politics of commons, governance of life, and culture of trauma, as well as emancipatory politics in the intersecting public spaces of cultural and knowledge production (art, academia, and activism). She is involved in various interdisciplinary platforms concerned with transformative social change and is one of the founders of the EKOFEM BiH platform.
