Alberto Berzosa

Alberto Berzosa (He/him) holds a European PhD in Art History and Theory. He works in the space where contemporary art, film studies, political archives and curating intersect. His latest published book is Materiales para una utopía ecologista. Cartografía de Archivos del movimiento ecologista en España (Icaria, 2024). As a curator, he has organised exhibitions such as Archivo Ecologista. Memoria y Cultura visual del ecologismo en Valencia desde los años 70 (La Nau, 2024, together with Jaime Vindel) or Madrid Activismos 1968-1982 (La Casa Encendida, 2016). He currently works as Associate Professor at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. He is a member of the research project Perverse Collections: Building Europe's Queer and Trans Archives and a member of the management committee of TRACTS Cost Action.
