Femina Ludens

Jana Prepeluh – Femina Ludens founded the Čumnata gallery/ shop in Ljubljana, which staged various urban art projects and fashion shows. Together with Aleksandra Ćalić, she created a short video Punk Is Not Dead Kenedi (Punk nije mrtav Kenedi). She has written commercial scripts and collaborated with the Slovenian theatre group Grejpfrut. Her performance Down to Earth, exploring attitudes toward moonlighting, the reactions of passers-by, and the social context of manual ‘earthy jobs’ such as cleaning shoes, was a hit at last year’s City of Women Festival.
