Goran Đurđević

Goran Đurđević (he/him) is a Croatian-born comparative and classical archaeologist, environmental and digital anthropologist, and global ancient historian who works as a lecturer at Beijing Foreign Studies University. His educational background includes a BA and MA degree in Archaeology and History from the University of Zadar in Croatia, and a postgraduate Diploma in Comparative Mythology from Mumbai University in India. In addition, he obtained his PhD degree in Archaeology from the Capital Normal University in Beijing, China. Goran has also spent one semester as a visiting graduate researcher at UCLA in the United States. He co-leads the digital humanities project called Mirror Studies.
