Helena Tahir

Helena Tahir finished her postgraduate studies of painting at the Academy of Fine Arts and Design in Ljubljana. She also studied at the Hochschule für Grafik und Buchkunst in Leipzig, Germany. She is mainly interested in graphics, painting, drawing, and photography. Her work focuses on the thinking individual who is seeking meaning in an illogical world, light in the dark and reality in dreams and fantasy. She has participated in numerous group and solo exhibitions. In October 2016, she took part in an international student exhibition Transformation of Image at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Zagreb. Her works and interviews published in the Art Reveal Magazine were extremely well received by the international public.
