Marieke De Munck

Marieke De Munck is a visual artist who currently works as a curator at the Vooruit Arts Centre. She holds a range of Master’s Degrees in Mixed Media, Design & Typography, Theatre and Film Sciences, as well as an Art Teacher degree. For seven years, she was the artistic coordinator of Wildemannen Woestewijven, a biennial multidisciplinary city festival for children in Ghent. She has years of experience in art education programs and participatory projects (LUCA School of Art, Kopergietery, and Bougie, among others).
