Tomaž Grom

Tomaž Grom, author and double bass player understands music as a medium of communication rather than aesthetic pleasure. For him, music is a form of seeking, unanswered questions, a flow of ideas, unpredictable situations. He writes music for the stage and film, with over 60 projects to his name in Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia and Italy. As an improviser, he plays in ad-hoc sessions and often with the following musicians: Samo Kutin, Vid Drašler, Jošt Drašler, Irena Z. Tomažin, Andrej Fon and Tao G. Vrhovec Sambolec.
