Marta Vergonyós

Marta Vergonyós (1975) is a visual artist and a documentary maker who graduated in Fine Arts. She studied at the International School of Cinema and Television in San Antonio de los Baños (Cuba). She has produced several documentaries, performances and installations. She has worked as curator on independent projects. Her work is centred on the theme of collaboration and collective creation. At present she is working on various projects with groups of women who have experienced violent situations as well as working with the theme of women's memory and oral history.
