Dr. Neva Šlibar

Dr Neva Šlibar acquired her education in Vienna, Ljubljana and Zagreb. She has been a full professor of modern German Literature at the Faculty of Arts, University of Ljubljana since 2000. She was the Head of the Department of German with Dutch and Swedish between 2004–2010, and the Faculty's Vice-Dean in 2003–2004. She is the co-founder of the City of Women and postgraduate studies in Women's Studies and Feminist Theory at the Faculty of Arts, University of Ljubljana. Her research is mainly focused in modern and contemporary German literature, literary theory, literary didactics for German as a foreign language and feminist literary science.
