Štefka Drolc

Štefka Drolc (1923), a Slovene actress and teacher who started her career as an amateur actress in Maribor. After a few successful seasons she was employed with Drama SNG Maribor in the season 1945/46. After the season 1946/47 she worked at TriglavFilm and left in 1948 to join the Slovene Permanent Theatre in Trieste where she stayed until the end of 1958/59 season. Afterwards she worked part-time for a while, and since 1960 has been a member of the Slovenian National Theatre Drama Ljubljana. Her film debut was the role of Tildica in On Our Own Land. She was also a teacher at Ljubljana's Academy of Theatre, Radio, Film and Television (AGRFT).
