Mala Kline
Mala Kline (she/her) is a performer, choreographer and writer. She holds a BA in philosophy and comparative literature (University of Ljubljana), an MA in theatre (DasArts, Amsterdam), and a PhD in philosophy (University of Ljubljana and in the frame of a.pass research centre, Brussels). She is a certified practitioner and teacher of Saphire™ imagery and dream work by Catherine Shainberg and the School of Images (NYC). In 2005, she founded EMANAT, Institute for affirmation of contemporary dance in Slovenia, in 2010, The School of Images Slovenia for the dissemination of dream and imagery work throughout EU, in 2011, DREAMLAB, a mobile platform for a joint experimentation and a translation and reworking of Saphire™ imagery and dream work into tools and strategies for research, creation and performance in the context of performing arts, and, in 2018, ELIAS, School of Prophecy, an institute located in a pristine nature resort deep in the wilderness of southern Slovenia.
