Nevena Aleksovski

Nevena Aleksovski has a BA in painting and an MA in cultural studies. She is an art teacher. She is a long-time organiser of creative workshops for children and young people on various projects and in collaboration with various organisations. Since 2009, she helps develop and organise projects at the Alkatraz Gallery. She is the co-organiser of the Art Festival of Recycling and DIY Culture Reciklart and the Zinkubator project for young people, among others. Since 2012, she teaches and mentors art education projects at the ŠKUC Association. She is also active in the fields of drawing, painting, illustration, and art zines. She has had multiple independent and group exhibitions in Slovenia and abroad.
