Sajsi MC

Sajsi MC began her music career in 2002 while studying political sciences and has since remained one of the most influential musicians and lyricists in the emerging Serbian rap scene. By the late 2000s, she released her first music album under her band Sajsi, titeled “Misi nači naaš”. In 2010, she released her first solo studio album called “Daleko je Dizni”. It was one the first hip hop albums released by a woman in Serbia. She frequently writes about different forms of love, but also about society, politics and feminism. Her work consistently garners media attention due to her daring lyrics, unconventional music videos, and live performances that experiment with contemporary art forms.
