Lenka Đorojević
Lenka Đorojević is an artist and curator who works in the fields of visual, intermedia and contemporary performing arts. She graduated in 2008 at the Academy of Fine Arts in Trebinje, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and was further educated at the International Summer Academy in Salzburg. In 2013 she received her MA degree at ALUO in Ljubljana. She graduated from the School of Arts of the Institute for Contemporary Art SCCA - Ljubljana, from 2013-2015, she was a collaborator of the Department for Culture and the Humanities Radia Student and co-host of Art-Area. She is a co-founder of the OFFTIR Sound and Visual Arts Society, which was first presented at the U3 - 7th Triennial of Contemporary Art in Slovenia, Flexibility. In 2015 she performed at the Liechtenstein Pavilion at the Venetian Biennale, as part of the City of Women Festival at the Škuc Gallery, she curated the group exhibition Zig Zag (2015). For works Neurot and Monomat (in tandem with Matej Stupica) received the OHO award. She co-curated the project Veznik (2016) and re-exhibition on the twentieth anniversary of the School of Art at the Škuc Gallery, the project of the Party in Osmo / zi (2017). Since 2014 she has been working with the Ljudmila Art and Science Laboratory and the Atol Project and is a collaborator of the Institute of Contemporary Art ISU in Montenegro. She lives and works in Ljubljana.
