City of Women, in collaboration with Kinodvor, organizes discussions and quizzes around films addressing various aspects of women's inequality, personal struggles, and collective fights for equality on International Women's Day and other occasions. These events are suitable for different age groups of children and youth and mostly take place at Kinodvor. We also contribute to the development of educational materials suitable for independent film analysis in schools or at home.
During the International Festival of Contemporary Arts City of Women, held every October, we collaborate with Kinobalon, Kinodvor's program for young audiences, to present films for children and young people. For most films, there are educational materials available, which assist teachers in the classroom and parents at home in facilitating discussions related to the selected films. Some films can also be viewed in the cinema as part of Kinodvor's school program.
