Metka Maček

Metka Maček is a herbalist with a rich compendium of pharmacopoeic knowledge of plants. She was part of the 2006 City of Women festival with the pharmacopeic market project. She passes her knowledge on to the young and the older through guided tours of her homestead and lectures and presentations in urban environments. She advocates and promotes biological cultivation and the preservation of our natural as well as cultural heritage.
