ROSE-GABRIEL DE LA LYRE

Rose-Gabriel De La Lyre is a French artist who lives and works between Lyon and Vienna. She is 2008 gold medallist of the Salon of the Castle Grammont, Pont de Chéruy. A graduate of the Ecole de Condé (1998), her work spans oil painting, drawing and photography with strong references to Pre-Raphaelites and Romanticism, as well as early French cinema and classical literature also being evident. Recent exhibitions: Caelestis, Galerie 10, Vienna, May 2011; Exhibition, The Palais Palffy, Vienna, July 2011; Salon International de Printemps de Lyon, 2010 and 2009.
